Buying our first home was a very exciting and at the same time a little intimidating of an experience. Todd and I had no idea what to expect and where to start. The very first house we decided to look at was a house Chantal was selling and we liked her personality right away and asked her to help us . After quite a few houses we found our perfect first home . Chantal doesn't just sell you a house she took us from start to finish. What I will always remember is Todd and I had been pre-approved with 10% down so we knew that was going to be tough but again Chantal had a name for us to call and the next day we called a broker who found us a lender at 5% down….that was such a relief .
